The plastic granules machine can produce various plastic pellets, for example PP, PE, ABS, PS, PVC, PC, PMMA, PET, to name just a few. According to different material form, the pelletizing system has different ways, water stand pelletizing, water ring die face cutting, air cooling die face, air cooling chain table strand cutting and underwater cutting system.
Plastic granulator machine can be used in the process of various plastic granulation particles. The extrusion machine line has following features:
High efficiency screw will assure smoothing inlet of bulky film material. The screw is made from 38CrMoAIA. It is heat treatment with time effectiveness.
The cutting system is well structured when melting plastic material flow into the chamber of die head; it is evenly distributed and material comes out the die plate evenly accordingly so that the pellets are even round shape.
The cooling system will isolate the heating from the bearing section, from gearbox section and compactor bearing section, etc. The cooling system ensure a stable running of extruder.
Main motor is inverter controlled so that the power consumption variation according to the loading percentage. This is energy saving machine running way.
For safety consideration, emergency stop button is installed at potential jeopardize place; the flash and siren alarm is installed on the top of electrical cabin and it is easy be watched.
