PVC Pipe Extrusion Machine Line

PVC pipe extrusion machine line produces pvc pipe from diameter 160 to 315mm.
The pvc pipe is used for making water supply pipe.
Following, we will make a brief introduction of this machine line.
PVC pipe extrusion line is formed by six machines including extruder SJZ80/156, die head, vacuum tank, haul off, cutter, stacker and hot mixing machine 500.
Mixing machine is used to mix different plastic ingredients. The function of the mixing machine is to dry, evaporate and mix different material. The body of mixing machine is made of stainless-steel material so that material will be always keep clean. After the material is mixed, then the material will be conveyed to extruder machine.
Extruder machine is conical type double screw extruder. It is used to process PVC, CaCo3 material. Extruder motor is 55kw AC motor with inverter controller, speed is controlled by JIARAO inverter, output capacity can reach 350kg per hour. It has four temperature controller zone, one vacuum zone, vacuum motor: 3Kw. The extruder machine make the pvc material melting inside the barrel and an even mixing the pvc material, then the melting material flows into the die head.
Die head is to form the pvc pipe . When the melting material is flowing into the mould, it forms the PVC pipe shape. After the pvc pipe is made, it goes into the vacuum tank.
Vacuum tank is used to let the pipe form its shape. The length of vacuum tank is 8500mm, made of 4mm thickness of stainless steel, vacuum pump:5.5kw, two sets, water pump: 5.5kw, two sets; cooling nozzle 8 rows, when it works, the vacuum pump takes inner air out of tank, the pipe is fully expansion, the cooling water sprays onto the pipe body. the pipe is fully cooled down and formed its shape.
Haul off machine is made by four caterpillar haul off, installed with 3.7kw motor, speed adjustable by inverter; haul off caterpillar has an effective with 3kw motor, speed adjustable by inverter; haul off caterpillar has an effective length of 2500mm
Cutting machine is Saw Cutting, Diameter125mm
