Plastic PPR Pipe Making Machine Feature

1.Extruder screw has an optimized structure with conveying, mixing, melting, barrier function. The screw will ensure full plasticization of ppr material, then the melting material flows into the pipe die head. The spiral groove is made at the screw feeding section, the output of ppr pipe making machine increases 20% compare with normal designed screw.

2.Ppr die head features with spiral basket die mandrel type. The melting ppr material will flow the die channel smoothly and rapidly. The brass calibration sleeves make the ppr pipe forming at a good round shape.

3.Vacuum tank is made of thick stainless-steel material which can sustain high suction pressure. The pipe will be formed in a round shape pressure. In the same time, multi nozzles spray cooling water into the pipe body, make it fully shaped.

4.Haul off is with two caterpillars pulling the pipe forward movement.

5. PPR pipe making machine is with simple installation, and easy operation.
