It includes pvc material handling system, PLA material handling system, SPC material handling system, carbon black material handling system, color masterbatch material handling system and plastic compounding material handling system and various other material handling system. Our bulk material handling system starts from material lifting system, material weighing system, material batching system, material conveying system and material feeding system and material storage system. For pvc material handling system, it can be used in pvc pipe material compounding, pvc cable material compounding, pvc profile material compounding and masterbatch compounding.

In addition to plastic field application, we also develop application of chemical, medicine and food industry. Bulk material handling system from our design enable efficient handling of different ingredient and saving time in production. While conventional way is manual weighing the ingredients and put into mixing machine, after discharge into extruder machine for production.
Our automatic material handling system take over fully automated process from the first step till the end. Material feeding, batching, mixing, storage. Every design is tailed to the customer’s needs.

Every ingredient weight or proportion is the key that matters whether a successful product can be made. However, in today’s industrial environment, recipes often become very complex when process variables such as multi-stage ingredient, surrounding temperature, mixing speed, mixing time are considered into. Recipe manager system can be complicated when one mixer is used to blend multiple ingredients using very different recipes.
To meet multi recipes management, Dianmei develops a software which record every batching data, every percentage of ingredients. Ingredients can be added simultaneously by weighing scale. Multi sensors are monitoring every second of whole system running. All batching data is stored and memorized in the software. For plastic compounding, our handling system can provide a good balance between good mixing and minimize idle waiting time of mixers
