The barrel of squeezing machine is fixed with friction steel bar, which is used to squeeze the water. And this steel bar is replaceable. It will give a long working life of barrel. The design of screw is spiral type. At the beginning, it has big screw space for full wet material, then spiral structure makes the film pressed and squeezed into compacted form. During the compacting process, film material itself will make release of heat, the material will be gradually plasticization. During the plastic washing and recycling machine, the washed clean film can be fed directly into the film squeezing machine. The output film humidify shall be within one percent. The gap between the screw and pelletizing die plate can be adjusted so that the output pellets plasticization can be adjustable. The film squeeze machine will replace dewatering machine and hot air pipe drying machine. So it is energy saving machine. The squeezed scraps can be fed directly into the granulation machine.
