Co-rotating twin screw extruder adopts assembly type principle. The motor type, the gearbox type, screw element configuration, the barrel type, the LD ratio, feeding type, venting portal, screen changing, way of granulating and control mode can be designed according to different material properties and material features.
Material feeding type includes single screw feeding, double screw feeding, side feeding, forced feeding to meet different material requirement such as powder, pellet, lumps, fiber and liquid material.
Gearbox features
It takes parallel three axles transmission integrating reducer and torsion distribution, bearing is imported brand.
The computer designs to optimize gear parameters and assure safety affluence.
The transmission parts are chosen very carefully. The super strengthens alloy carburizing steel, gear teeth strengthen treatment to assure high torque, high accuracy and low noise.
The lubrication system adopts soaking and spraying combination types.
Barrel Features
The rectangle barrel with reflux refrigeration channel is optimized which makes temperature difference in D areas smaller.
New design of heating device tightens the barrel more closer so the heat transfer more efficiency and heater has a long longevity.
According to the material and special technics demands, the material of barrel can use high quality nitride steel, corrosion proof or antifriction with corresponding process.
Cutting type, such as water-cooling strand, air cooling strand, water ring pelletizing, underwater pelletizing, die face hot cutting.
Screw Elements Features
The screw elements are produced by CNC machine. Screw elements can fulfill efficient self-cleaning, transmission, compounding and pressure forming process. The screw is made of high alloy steel 38CrMoAIA, W6Mo5Cr4V2, Cr12MoV. They are high corrosion resistance and anti-friction.
