Features of PP Hollow Sheet Machine

Vacuum Loader and Dryer and Hopper. The hopper is installed with up levelling device, when the pp material reaches the up level, the loader stops working. And with the time break counting, it works again.

Extruder SJ120/35P, At the feeding portal extruder, the barrel is double jacket with water cooling to keep material smooth moving forward. The extruder barrel is heated by cast aluminum; it can sustain around 200-degree temperature. And the barrel temperature adopts PID control, the screw material is 38CrMoAIA, it goes for all industrial processing like quenching, nitriding and annealing. The screw hardness reaches about HV950. The screw structure has been optimized time to time for a better plasticizing effectiveness. The extruder output capacity is higher 20% than past screw capacity. The extruder screw rotation speed is auto adjusted based on pressure difference before and after screen exchanger; on the extruder barrel, there is vacuum venting system to suck as much humidity as possible, to make sure pp is fully and evenly plasticization.

Screen Exchanger, it is used to filter impurity from the melting plastic material.;

Gear Pump is a device to make an even extruder output of material;

Die head adopt special bracket hanger type; it is optimized pp hollow sheet structure and assure an even out flower material, and the die head material is P20 with inner chamber chromated treatment. Fine polishing of cavity, lip and flowing channel make a good products.

The air flowing channel is processed by CNC machine, every ribbon flows independent airflow

to obtain stable production. The air pressure of each chamber is adjustable.

Two Sets of Calibration Blocks Table, Roll Temperature Controllers; the calibration machine is close loop controlled with downstream machines. So that the speed keeps a synchronization with extruder speed. The calibration use two stage of calibration blocks. For first stage of vacuum blocks, the vacuum is divided into two sections. The transvers vacuum slot is as one section providing a big force of vacuum so that the sheet shall spread evenly. The up and down adjustment of calibration block is adjusted by gear teeth. The mold block units is fixed on the table by moveable cross section lock, so that if there is any force on the mold plate, it will pass to the cross-section lock to release the force. The plate always keep levelling

First step haul off is made of six pair of rubber roller. It is used to press the sheet and make the sheet forward movement. The speed can reach 4meter per minute. The speed is tuning by inverter. All the six pair of rollers is driven by one motor through the gear connection.

Annealing tank is to remove inner structure tension of pp hollow sheet by ceramic heating.

Second haul off, cross cutting units and conveyor platform.

For electrical control, temperature control uses solid state relays, it is less fluctuation and more safety than circuit breaker; the PLC control system use SIEMENS brand to make a stable running. The system has a remote communication function as an optional.
