Water Ring Plastic Pelletizing Machine Features

 1. Die face cutting with watering cooling is an idea device for saving labor working. It continuous cut the pellets regardless that the melting material is not sufficient flow.

 2. Die face channel is designed with different compression ratio based on different formulas. Also the inner flowing chamber is chrome plated for long working life time         

 3. The number of die face holes of pelletizing machine is designed according to material features 

Water Ring Type Plastic Granulating Machine Description

1.Water ring type pe granulating machine can make pe pellets, formulated pe pellets, pe+caco3 masterbatch granules, pe fillers, black masterbatch.

2. PE film granulating machine adopts water ring pelletizing type to assure granules good shape.

3. PP film granulating machine use single screw extruder. It takes water cooling, cast aluminum/cooper heating, with one vacuum air exhuast, one natual air venting.

Capacity: 500--800Kg/hr.
