Honeycomb panel production line can produce honeycomb in one layer, two layers, three layers, and the panel surface can cover different material. It boasts for light weight, high strength and sound insulation. PP honeycomb board machine can produce ABA structures where A is the sealing layer and B is the central layer which consists of a blend of materials which can be combined according to the results to be obtained (flexibility, strength, machinability, etc).Bubble Guard Board is offering various parameters helping us in modifying the product performances, such as:

Extruder:
The specially designed screw and the advanced controlling system ensure excellent plasticization, high output and stable extruding.
Mould:
Mould adopts high-quality alloy steel and throttling device to ensure even pressure of feed influent at the mould lips, and also differential action of up-down piece guarantee even thickness of the plate.
PLC Cross Cutting:
Accurate instant length-fixed cutting and automatic up-down discharging system combined with alloy steel sharp blade realize high quality of cutting.
