Plastic pvc mixing machine is used for mixing, drying and coloring plastic resin like PVC, PE, PP, CaCO3, ABS, carbon black, Titanium. The mixing machine is include hot mixer and cold mixer. Hot material follow into cold mixer to remove gas. The mixing machine is used as material preparation stage before material is sent to extruder machine.

1.PVC mixing machine includes heat mixing and cool mixing unit. Models like, SRL-Z 200/500 , SRL-Z 300/600 , SRL-Z 500/1000 , SRL-Z 800/1600.
2.Hot Mixing machine can be applied for mixing powder, liquid, granules, Models as SHR200A , SHR300A , SHR500A , SHR800A , SHR1000A .
3.All the blades are undergone dynamic balancer testing, mixing machine blades are made of stainless steel, with two, three or four stirring type.
4.Machine material is sus304, with oil cooling jacket. 
5. It is used for plastic, rubber, food and various other material mixing, drying, compounding and coating.

6. PVC mixing machine cover is sealed by two sides of sealing gasket to prevent leakage as much as possible.

7. Machine Frame: Casting Iron. Strong body make the machine stable running without shaking or destruction.
