Plastic compounding and pelletizing machine includes PE, PP, PC, ABS, engineering material, alloy material,  filler masterbatch etc. PE masterbatch granulation machine is a new type of material made from pe with caco3. With different screw element combination, the machine can produce a variety of material with different formulation.

The made pellets can be used to apply to different application blowing, injection and extrusion etc.

PE Filler Masterbatch Granulation Machine Characteristics

1. Good compostability and bigodegradability

2. Drivetrain: High torque precision gearbox.

3. Extruder is equipped with pressure sensor. Replace filter screen when necessary.

4. Caco3 filler masterbatch is used to mix with a plenty of plastic raw materials to produce high-concentration masterbatch.

5. Applicable Materials: PP,LLDPE, LDPE, PLA, EVA, and PVC.

6. Maximum CaCO3 up to 80%~90%.

PE Filler Pelletizing Granulation Machine Line Feature

1. Assembly type screw elements, accurate design the screw configuration, the L/D ratio increases and the structure can be adjusted according to process requirements.

2. Screw element and core shaft are connected by the spline to achieve high torque and larger screw volume.

3. Screw element is made of alloy steel W6Mo5Cr4V2, the shaft is made from 40CrNiMoV, the barrel is made from double alloy bushing on the inside of cylinder

4. Vacuum exhaust barrel can take the moisture and humidity out and reduce the moisture content of particles.

Typical application as plastic alloy, starch filled compounding, bio-mass filled compounding or mineral powder filled compounding and bio degradable plastics as PLA, PBAT, PBS, PPC, PCL, TPS and PHA etc
