Unlimited feeding, high shredding capacity and rotating shaft no jam
The rotator is customized to each different type of material for anti-friction to ensure material the shredding of contact roller surface and increase productivity.
Gearbox is connected by a coupling with shock absorber, it protects the rotating shaft and the gearbox bearing.
Bearing is outside of chamber box. Put the sealant gasket, greased with oil, the bearing is well protected and running in a good condition.
Fixed knife is mounted on the chamber top and bottom of the shredder chamber.
Control system is PLC logical controller with overload protection and emergency stop button for safety consideration. The whole system meets CE standard
