Horizontal Pipe Shredder Machine
Dianmei co., produces horizontal pipe shredder machine. It is used for big diameter of pipe and long length of pipe, thick wall of pipe, corrugated pipes etc. This horizontal pipe shredder machine can process up to 1600mm pe pipe, the processing pipe length can be from 3—9 meters
The working principle of horizontal pipe shredder machine is that a hydraulic ram pushes the pipe onto a double shaft shredder rotor. The two rotors are installed in vertical way. The pushing force of hydraulic ram is variation according to the current of rotors motor. The ram pushes the pipe onto the rotors, then the rotor senses the current. The indicating current will compare with the up limitation set current, and then make feedback to the pushing ram. The pushing ram will keep a suitable pushing force on pipe. This control logic makes shredder machine working stable and last long life.
Second features of pipe shredder machine are that the cutting knife is assembly type. It is convenient for replacement. Therefore, saving a lot labor works. Compare with the crusher machine of pe pipe, it is less maintenance than crusher machine and less replacement knife cost.
Horizontal pipe shredder is installed with two rotors, with two independent motor driving. It is more productivities compare with single shaft shredder.
For control operation, all electrical components are famous brand SIEMENS. Last but not least, due to the big size of machine, emergency stop button is reachable at several places for safety consideration.
