Mixing Compounding and Conveying System for Plastic Material
Dianmei machine offers mixing compounding and conveying system. It includes PVC batching, compounding and conveying system, masterbatch batching, compounding and conveying system, black masterbatch, color masterbatch system, filler masterbatch, PLA masterbatch, degradable material masterbatch, and various compounding material. In general, it can handle a wide range of plastic material for mixing, compounding and conveying function.
Mixing compounding and conveying system (PVC batching, compounding and conveying system) can be applied to plastic, chemical and petrochemical industry.
Plastic compounding machine in the system includes vibration screens, vacuum hopper loader, tube chain conveyor, slide gate valve, rotary valve, batching device, mixer machine, bag filter, pneumatic conveyor, dust collect, dosing system, weighting system etc.

Mixing for main ingredient (PVC and/or CaCO3), dosing and weighing by a suction scale is a good solution. For additive ingredient (solid and liquid), dosing screws and/or dosing valves working together with a gain-in-weight weighing station will make a high accuracy with one weighing device service for multiple components.
