2mm PP Hollow Grid Board Production Line
Dianmei machinery offers pp hollow grid board machine, pp hollow sheet extrusion machine, pp hollow construction template machine, pp hollow grid board extrusion machine, pp corrugated sheet machine, pp corrugated board machine, pp hollow board extrusion machine and pp hollow sheet extrusion line.
We have over 10 years’ experience in plastic pp hollow board extrusion line manufacturer. PP hollow sheet extrusion line can produce a sheet with a maximum width of 2650 mm, a weight ranging from 250 to 3,500 g/m2, and an throughput of 900 kg/h with 600 gr/sqm weight product. The sheet is laminated in line with BOPP printed film and other material. The pp hollow sheet can be structured different types according to different moulds.
We have pass through SGS, CE.
Our machine has following advantage
1.Designed screw can be fed virgin and recycled material.
2.Melting pump with PID closed loop can adjust feeding portion precisely.
3.After welding the whole frame goes through planer machine, it will assure the leveling when installation; while others only take the welding parts for planning, but after welding the parts, the whole frame is not leveling.
4.After welding, metal works frame undergoes annealing to avoid torsion.
5.New design of forming plate boasts high efficiency cooling, enhance speed.
6.For annealing tank, thick material for isolation heating; it takes 6meters length for annealing. For heating tank, we adopt Infrared Ray Heating device, it heats the material from the core to the surface layer; while traditionally, people is using electrical heating. This electrical heating warm the air, hot air pass the temperature to the surface of plastic sheet; sometime, the surface is softened while inner/core material is still cold. Therefore, Infrared ray heating device has better technology to remove molecular mechanical stress, relief the molecular stress, molecular mechanical stress relieving Infrared ray heating temperature can reach 140degree
7.High voltage corona treatment make sheet with good effectiveness for printing
8.Cutting machine with Sword type blades to avoid no swarf and no furry.
9.Hydraulic vertical adjusting table is ideal stacking choice.
