Dianmei machinery produces calendaring machine including pvc sheet calender machine, pvc film calendaring machine, abs sheet calendaring machine, rigid pvc sheet calendaring machine, soft pvc film calendaring machine, semi-rigid pvc film calender machine, calenders for various plastics and films.
Our pvc calender machine have three calender, four calender, five calender, seven calender roller for option with the roller width upto 2100mm max. When the material pass under the rollers at high temperature and a certain pressure, the calendaring roller makes the plastic sheet and film even thickness to form the shape.
For pvc calendaring extrusion line, we can design and manufacture the pvc calendar according to customers requirements and patterns. The whole production line is PLC programming control running, it is easy in operation and maintenance this equipment

1. Material handling system, banbury extruder, conveyor belt, five- roll calender units, peel off units, cooling device, auto-cutting & winding up device.
2. Calender rolls adopt peripheral drill structure with heat annealing treatment, each roller is independent driving with stable transmission and adjustable speed.
3. Each roll is driven by an AC variable frequency or DC motor separately, and the speed ratio can be adjusted according to the production requirements of the product.
4. Axis cross ,pre-loading，pull-back device are set to ensure the product’s precision.
5. Use automatic temperature control system of heat medium to ensure roller surface temperature is even.
6. Control system adopts PLC, safety and reliability , easy operation and high automation.
