Our company is a professional producer for plastic pp bubble board production machine, plastic pp honeycomb board extrusion machine. Since its foundation, it aims at manufacturing honeycomb board production line. It includes pp honeycomb calendaring machine, plastic pp board making machine, plastic pp sheet extrusion machine, plastic washed pp raffia compactor and granulation machine, twin screw compounding granulation machine, plastic honeycomb board production line, PP honeycomb board making machine, pp thick board machine, PP honeycomb board line, pp board extrusion machine, plastic pp filler compounding granulation machine, plastic honeycomb board extruding machine, etc. We focus on processing various material PP, CaCO3, PMMA, PS, MS, EBS, EVA, BOPP, PET, PA, ABS, Carbon Black, etc. By now we have developed both domestic and overseas market, Canada, USA, North Africa, Asia, Europe etc . .Three sets of Extruder SJ120/30 for three different layers. PLC control system for synchronization of extrusion speed. Melting gear pump for even outlet of extrusion material.
. Melting material flows into three die heads. The middle layers material goes into the vacuum forming calendar roller to form honeycomb. The two outer layer is flat sheet, which covers the honeycomb. Then the pp bubble board is primarily formed.
. The pp bubble board will be passed heating oven to eliminate the molecular tension force formed during the production process.
. After that cooling system to calm down the molecular
. Then guillotine cutter system will shear the board as per set length
. PP honeycomb board is used in lining board in automotive, turnover box. PP honeycomb board is made of 2 to 3 layers, the surface can be laminated with fabric, or leather for different application. The pp honeycomb board has a good feature of sound insulation, anti-impact.
