Plastic Single Wall Corrugated Pipe Extrusion Line Feature

1.Extruder screw has an optimized structure with conveying, mixing, melting, barrier function. The screw will ensure full plasticization of pp, pe, pvc material, then the melting material flows into the pipe die head. The spiral groove is made at the screw feeding section, the output of pe, pp, pvc pipe making machine increases 20% compare with normal designed screw.

2.Die head features with spiral basket die mandrel type. The melting pe, pp, pvc material will flow the die channel smoothly and rapidly. The brass calibration sleeves make the pe, pp, pvc pipe forming at a good round shape.

3.Vacuum forming machine is made of mold module blocks. Each module blocks are mounted on the transmission gear. It is stable and smooth transmission than the chain type. The water cooling and air cooling are adopted at the forming module section so that the pipe output speed can be raised up. The mold blocks are made from 45 steel which go anti-corrosion treatment material which can sustain high suction pressure.
