PS Profile Extrusion Line
Dianmei Machinery produces PS profile extrusion line. PS profile extrusion line is used to make PS profile. The PS profile is made, then goes through the hot stamping machine to form different styles. The hot stamping PS profiles are used in furniture, decoration and photo frame etc field. PS profile production line is mainly used for making PS profile. PS Profile Extrusion Line, consists of single screw extruder and co-extruder, with the cooling water tank, hot stamping machine system, haul-off unit, and stacker. This production line is installed with imported ABB AC inverter control, imported RKC temperature meter etc. and features of good plasticization, high output capacity, and stable performance etc.
The hot stamping machine system combined foreign technology, by the hot stamping embossing method, transfer the film layer from the film to the PS foamed profile. The machine with good appearance, stable performance, accurate & easy operation. By adjust the embossing wheel the machine can work on various of different profiles. Working together with the main extruder and other extrusion down steam equipment’s, this line is popular as the latest developed producing line. 1. Extruder barrel is heated by cast aluminum coil and cooled by air cooling system.
2. According to different formula, different screw structure can be selected to achieve the best plasticizing effect.
3. Gearbox and distribution box are made of imported oil seal, high-quality alloy steel and nitriding treatment.
4. Gearbox and distribution box are reinforced, with large transmission torque.
5. Vacuum calibration table adopts special vortex flow cooling system, which is convenient for cooling and shaping. Special horizontal tilt control and the unique three position adjustment control make operation simple and better.
6. Haul off machine adopts the self-designed lifting technology and the back pressure control of the upper and lower tracks. It has the advantages of stable operation, high reliability, large traction force, automatic fixed length cutting, and equipped with dust recovery device.
7. The imported components are used in the main engine and auxiliary equipment to ensure the stability and reliability of the machine under long-term continuous operation.
