PET Flakes Granulating Machine Features

PET flakes granulating machine is used to make pet pellets, which has following features.

1.Twin screw, single screw enforced dosing feeder system to make sure even feeding material

It also prevent from building bridge from the flakes material. PET flakes size is 12mm. 

2. High torque transmission system is composed by forged gearbox, high quality of gear, and good oil lubrication system. The oil immersion lubrication and forced lubrication both ensuring the efficient and stable running of gearbox.

3.Extruding machine is made from screw, barrel and heating elements. The screw element is installed on the spline shaft which will get high torque, deep screw channel volume. Extruder screw diameter is 65mm, 75mm etc.
