Machinery line is composed of extruder, screen exchanger, melt pump, die, three roll calender, downstream machinery line.

PE PP PC PS PMMA Sheet Extrusion Line Advantage

Our pet sheet making machine has following advantages

1- Extruder screw is optimized in mixing, plasticization, conveying the material.

2- Gear pump is to make an even output of material into die head

3- Die head with hanger type running channel can make the plastic sheet much even thickness before the sheet goes into the calendaring line.

4- Calendaring line has vertical type, horizontal type and inclined type, so that the die head can be as close to calendar roller as possible. The calender roller is heated by water with constant temperature controller units. Three calendar roller is controlled by three servo motor independently. Emergency stop button is at hand for safety consideration.

5- Haul off speed is synchronized with calendaring speed, extrusion speed.

6- Cutter machine is guillotine type cutter with clear cutting edge

7- Winder machine is PLC controlled with multi calculation the length. The winder friction force is calculated by plc control also.

8- SIEMENS PLC, Nord Servo Motor, DYNSICO Sensor, these quality parts are adopted to assure machine long life time, free headache of reparation and replacement.

9-  Whole metal frame adopts planer machine for processing to assure leveling.
