Precision Pipe Extrusion Line
Zhangjiagang dianmei machinery co., produces precision pipe extrusion machine. It can make various of pipe include PU (polyurethane)pipe, PVC pipe, PP pipe, TPU pipe,the precision pipe extrusion line can produce plastic PVC spiral reinforced hose. It includes pu precision pipe extrusion line, medical pipe extrusion line, pa tube extrusion line, hdpe pipe extruder with winder.
Precision Pipe Extrusion Line Features
. Extruding machine uses special screw for processing thermal sensitivity material, low flowability material, high melting viscosity material. The screw will make sure an even plasticization and high output capacity.
. Pipe mould is made of stainless-steel material S136. It undergoes precision process, which ensure inner cavity surface glossiness and anti-corrosion. The structure of mold adopts high pressure volumetric design, which will give a stable production and high speed extrusion.
. Melting pump with pressure sensor. Gear pump will provide an even output of plastic material. And pressure sensor monitors the fluctuation of material. It is a closed loop control system when pressure deviates from the set value, the screw speed will either rise up or slow down to keep a constant balance.
. Vacuum tank is made of stainless-steel material. Both vacuum degree and water level can be controlled independently. The height of pipe inside the vacuum tank can also be adjusted.
. Haul off machine is using multi-layer wear resisting rubber belt, which provide good friction force, so that the pipe will not slip on the belt.
