Long Fiber Reinforced Plastic PA Granulation Machine
Long fiber reinforced plastic granulation machine, in short name LFT extruder machine. It can be classified as LFT-G and LFT-D based on production processes. By optimizing the die structure design and automatic process control technology, it has advantages in impregnation grade, less fiber damage, stable process control and high efficiency. The fiber granulation machine can be applied to PP, PA, PLA, PET, PPA, PBT, PPS etc material. And for fiber, it has glass fiber, carbon fiber, polymer fiber etc. the fiber shall be fed into the extruder from the outside feeding portal. We have a wide range of reinforced plastic granulation machine including pa+glass fiber reinforced plastic extruder machine, glass fiber reinforced granulation machine, carbon fiber reinforced plastic granulation machine, polymer reinforced granulation machine, reinforced compounding granulation machine.
Compared to traditional fiber reinforcement process, pellets from LFT machine have higher intension, higher modulus of elasticity, higher shock resistance and longer life etc. This pellets widely apply to aviation industry, automobile field, building section, electrical covers, household appliances cove, for light weight and high engineering performance.
