Extruder Screw Segment
Parallel twin screw extruder is made of screw and barrel. The screw is composed by screw segment, which is assembly one to form a complete barrel. It is made of anti-corrosion alloy steel with heat treatment and tunned for a long working life time. The segment is CNC machining processed with high precision and accuracy.
The twin screw segment can be designed with different shape based on different application.
For different function, the twin screw segment is also different designed
Twin screw segment has different models from small size 20mm to big size 200mm. It is made for different capacity. Twin screw and kneading segments is made for co rotating extruder machine, which is for polymer compounding granulation machine, sheet extrusion machine, pvc film extrusion machine.
We have 10sets of CNC machining machine for kneading segments production. We are specialize in producing screw segments since 2008years. We have produce a wide range of screw segment for different brand of machine.
Screw segment material has following: W6Mo5Cr4V2, 38CrMoAIA, 316L, WR5, WR14, CPM10V, C276, Tool Steel etc.
