 TPR Compounding and Granulation Line Features

. Assembly type of screw and barrel; screw material is high speed steel, 38CrMoAIA, W6Cr5Mo4V2; barrel is made from high wear resistance 45#steel, Cr26 Oval liner with special cooling channel type. Different combination of screw element will make sure even dispersion of material, the different raw material will be fully dispersed and pellets are well done.

. Cooling system, each segment of barrel is cooled by water independent with separate water channel; each segment can have an accurate temperature control.
